Right click on the discourse of choice and select "Save Target As" from the drop-down menu, then save the file into a directory of your choice ( I prefer the desktop-simply for easy access). Next, open your media player, i.e. Musicmatch Jukebox; Windows Media Player; Real Player - any of these will work - click File, Open, and open the saved file into your media player, then click play.
